All I-PASS transactions on the Indiana Toll Road will be subject to a 3¢ per-transaction fee. 100% of these fees are remitted to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. The 3-cent fee is collected to help offset certain costs associated with interoperability of the E-ZPass network
